The cover image for Unpacked Sparkle was shot in the Scottsdale studio with the author's shoes set up on shiny wood cigar box. I used a white spotlight from above with soft box blue lighting from behind. Not seen in the photo is the red velvet backdrop that faded into darkness and the smoke effects that we were experimenting with to get additional beams of light from the sequins.
